Chef’s Table at Echo & Rig is our new limited-edition Monday night dining series at Echo & Rig Henderson.

On select Mondays throughout the year, we take over the entire restaurant and serve one curated menu built around a single concept — from steakhouse classics and wine pairing dinners to ranch collaborations, cocktail features, and seasonal menus. For the evening, every seat becomes the Chef’s Table.One menu. One concept. One night. And you.

The series kicks off Monday, March 30 with our first event at Echo & Rig Henderson:
Chef’s Table: Wagyu Steak Frites Supper — A full steakhouse dinner featuring Fullblood Wagyu New York Strip, unlimited Caesar salad, unlimited Kennebec fries, and dessert for $55 per guest (plus sales tax and gratuity). Optional add-ons will also be available, including Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail featuring Oishi shrimp, Mac & Cheese, Bloomsdale Spinach, craft cocktails, and curated wine pairings — so you can make the evening your own.
